Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour 10-inch Bundt cake pan. 2. In medium bowl mix cake mix, pudding, and sugar. Add water, oil, eggs, and sour cream. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips, and pour into pan. 3. Bake 50-60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes and remove. Dust with confe
