Cherry Crisp Cobbler
Enjoy this recipe from Gooseberry Classics RV Cooking Cookbook (M945).
20-oz. can cherry pie filling
18-1/2 oz. pkg. white cake mix
2 T. brown sugar, packed
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Optional: vanilla ice cream
Spread pie filling in a lightly greased 8"X8" baking dish; set aside.
Combine dry cake mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans; mix well and
sprinkle over pie filling. Drizzle with margarine; microwave on high for
13 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes; cut into squares. Serve topped with
ice cream, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
