Sandra,
thank you for your words, I am finding out all kinds of things, and all of them
are very intresting.
still, talking to your doctor is the best, I think, as I was told earlier, but
when I first heard this, I thought, "hmmm, not bad, and must taste good to,
hmmm, I should post it"
even though my cholostrol is very, very low, I thought that it could help some
one.
thanks Sandra for this.
Syl

Syl, I know one guy out my way who is a diabetic, and he uses the sugar, and
puts in his coffee, on his oatmeal, then stirs it in, and of course, the
oatmeal is sweetened, so it is not just mixed with cinnamon, by itself, is sort
of bitter tasting. It did lower his cholesterol, and I know honey is good for
diabetics, so perhaps there is truth to all this.

        Hi all,

I got this from a recepie,

and I wanted to know if anyone has ever heard of this?

and if so, is it true? anyone?

        thanks

        curious Syl.

        HINT

        CHOLESTEROL:

Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of Cinnamon

Powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water, given to a cholesterol

patient, was found to reduce the level of cholesterol in the

blood by 10% within 2 hours. As mentioned for arthritic

patients, if taken 3 times a day, any chronic cholesterol is

cured. According to information received in the said

journal, pure honey taken with food daily

        relieves complaints of cholesterol.
