Debra's Sweet Meatloaf
I do not measure when I make this so I am guessing what the amounts are:
Ingredients
1 pound of ground meat
1 pack Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion & Mushroom
1 egg
Heinz Ketchup
French's Honey Mustard
Brown Sugar
4 C's Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place raw ground meat in a large bowl.
Hand mix in Lipton, egg, about 1/8 cup ketchup, 1/8 cup mustard, 1/8 cup
brown sugar. Add bread crumbs until a loaf can be formed. I place in an
aluminum foil lined pan for easy clean-up. In a small bowl, mix ¼ cup
brown sugar, ¼ cup ketchup, 1/8 cup mustard. Spread on top of meatloaf.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
