To have a flavorful meat when it*s time to cook, put a marinade into the
bag when you are freezing it. A day or so before you are ready to cook
the meat, take it out of the freezer and let it defrost in the marinade
in the refrigerator. Even works if you are camping - we use the
partially frozen meat to help keep the coolers cold!
