EASTER  FILLED  PIE
 
1/2 lb. Prosciutti
1 stick Abruzzese sausage
1 lb. Basket cheese
Black pepper (opt.)
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 stick pepperoni
1/2 lb. Boiled ham
1/2 c. Grated Italian cheese
6 eggs or more 
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
 
--CRUST:--
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 or 2 eggs
1/2 c. Water
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Black pepper
1/3 c. Oil
 
  Set aside 2 tablespoons egg to brush on top.  Mix dry ingredients
and make a well.  Add oil, water and eggs.  Spread crust in 13"x9"
pan reserving enough for top.  Mix filling ingredients and put into
pan.  Top with crust and brush with beaten egg.  Bake at 375 degrees
for 45 to 50 minutes then 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
