Creamed Potatos: Prepare the potatos as ya would for "Boiled Potatos". Drain the potatos really good then cover them with White Sauce. For 6 potatoes, you will need 2 cups of prepared white sauce. You may add peas if you like, Serve hot with meatloaf or fried chicken.
