Hi Don,

For me, part of the fun of all of it, cooking and collecting recipes
is trying new ones. And since everyone's tastes are different--I am no
more likely to try a recipe if someone says it is good or not--I only
try it if I think it sounds good.

I will say that I don't cook as much as I perhaps would like because
it is difficult for me to fit it in. But when I do cook I like to have
leftovers so I don't have to worry about what I am going to eat for
the next few days.

I do somewhat agree with the sentiment about obscure
ingredients--though I haven't really noticed that of the ones I have
taken from this list.

Well, that's my two cents worth.
