Although I haven't tried this recipe, I think it really looks good.

Corn Salad


2 (12 ounce) cans corn, drained
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon mustard
3/4 cup peeled and diced cucumber
2 small tomatoes
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery seed


Mix corn, cucumber, onion and tomatoes. Blend remaining ingredients
together and add to first mixture. Toss gently to just coat
ingredients; chill.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
