Rattlesnake Lupinaci (loop-a-che-ni) =A0 =A0rattlesnake, cut into 4" - 6" strips =A01 tsp butter =A0fresh mushrooms, sliced =A01 large onion, chopped =A06 oz white wine (Syrah/Shiraz) =A04 oz oyster sauce=A0=A0 =A0 In a saute pan, melt the butter. Add the sliced mushrooms and onions. Saute until tender. =A0 Add the snake strips. When the meat is 3/4th cooked add the wine. (flame out wine) =A0 After wine liquid is cooked in, add the oyster sauce. =A0 Cook until sauce begins to simmer. =A0 Serve with rice,=A0 baked potatoes and/or greens.
