Banana Split Cake Ingredients: 1 stick butter, melted 2 cups crushed graham crackers 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 5 ripe bananas, sliced 2 large cans crushed pineapple, drained 1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed Chocolate Syrup 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired 1 jar Maraschino cherries, drained Directions: Mix butter and graham crackers and spread in a large 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass pan. Chill 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread carefully on chilled graham cracker mixture. Arrange sliced bananas on top. Top with crushed pineapple. Spread with thawed Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, and cherries if desired. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers MUDDY WATERS
