Tortilla Casserole
1 lb. ground beef 4 Tbs. onion 1 can tomato sauce 1 small green chiles or green chili salsa 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 pkg. corn tortillas 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese Brown burger and onion together. Add tomato sauce, green chiles and garlic salt. Simmer 5 minutes. Layer in casserole dish: 3 corn tortillas, meat mixture, and grated cheese. Repeat.
