Fresh Mango Salsa

To select ripe mangoes, look for yellow skin with red mottling, or
purchase mango slices in a jar in the produce section of the grocery
store.
1bag (10 oz) Cascadian Farm® organic frozen sliced peaches (1 1/2
cups), thawed2cups finely chopped peeled fresh mango (about 2) or 1 jar
(24 oz) mango slices, drained, chopped1jar (16 oz) Old El Paso® Wild
for Mild® Thick *n Chunky salsa (2 cups)1/4cup chopped fresh
cilantro2tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 medium)1small clove
garlic, finely chopped
1 .  If desired, coarsely chop peaches. In medium bowl, gently mix all
ingredients. Serve with chips for dipping or as sauce for chicken, fish
or meat.
