Warm Banana Cake with Chocolate Sauce

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1-1/2 c. mashed, ripe banana
2 large eggs
1/2 c. whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Sauce
1 c. whipping cream
8-oz. bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate, chopped
Vanilla, coconut or banana ice cream

        For cake: Preheat oven to dg350. Whisk flour, baking soda, baking
powder and salt in medium bowl to combine. Whisk sugar and oil in
large bowl to blend. Add mashed bananas and eggs and whisk to blend
well. Add flour mixture and whisk just until combined. Whisk in milk
and vanilla.

        Divide batter evenly among 8 3/4-cup custart cups or souffle dishes.
Place on baking sheet and bake until tester comes out clean--about 25
minutes. Cool slightly.

        Meanwhile prepare Chocolate Sauce. Bring cream to simmer in heavy
medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and hwisk until
smooth.

        Run knife around sides of cakes to loosen. Invert warm cake onto
plate. Pour Chocolate Sauce over top of each cake and serve with ice
cream.
