Yummy Peanut Butter Granola             
3 cups rolled oats, (not instant)
1 cup roasted peanuts
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup canola oil
1 cup honey
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins
   Preaheat oven to 300 degrees.  Grease a 13 by 9-incch baking dish 
with unsalted butter.  In a large bowl combine the oats, peanuts, 
wheat germ, coconut, cinnamon and salt.  In a small saucepan over low 
heat, combine canola oil, honey, peanut butter and vanilla.  Stir 
until the mixture is completely combined--do not allow to 
simmer.  Pour the warm peanut-butter mixture into the bowl with the 
dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated.  Spread the granola 
in the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden 
brown.  Allow the granola to cool, then break it into 
chunks.  Transfer to an air tight container suitable for storage; add 
the raisins and mix until well combined.
