FABULOUS GRAND MARNIER CHOCOLATE CAKE
2 c. Flour 1 c. Sugar or brown sugar ¾ c. Dark Cocoa 1 t. Baking powder 2 t. Baking soda ½ c. Oil 3 Eggs 1 c. Milk 1 c. Espresso 1 t. Vanilla ½ c. Grand Marnier ¼ c. Sugar Sift dry ingredients; mix all wet ingredients & add to dry. Grease 10" cake pan & bake @ 350° for 50-60 min. Combine sugar/Grand Marnier and heat till sugar is dissolved; drizzle over cake till all absorbed. BUTTER CREAM FROSTING 4 Egg Whites 1 c. Sugar 12 oz. Butter Make meringue from whites/sugar; add butter till smooth; spread over chilled cake. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When we are grateful for the good we already have, we attract more good into our life.
