Yummy Banana Cake
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 ripe bananas, sliced
Mix all ingredients to moisten. Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer.
Pour into 8-1/2- by 11-inch greased pan. Bake at dg350 for 30-35
minutes or until tests done. Cool completely.
Topping: Mix together instant pudding mix and milk. Beat until thick.
Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of cake. Keep cake refrigerated.
