I also was wondering that; when the Girl Scouts were selling cookies, the
lady who dellivered them to me gave much the same recipe, and said to use
the Tag Along shortbread cookies with the chocolate on them, and have the
chocolate sides up, and put a big marshmallow in between the two cookies,
and microwave about 1 minute. the problem I had was when I put the top cooky
on the marshmallow, and pressed down a bit to make certain it was sturdy on
the top of that marshmallow, the top cooky cracked in half; when I melted
it, it was a disaster, meaning, the cookie got real soft, and you could not
even pick it up to eat. I wonder if it should have been using the mini
marshmallows and done at half power.

Do you use miniature marshmallows or the big ones?
