Pasta with Walnut Sauce
1 cup (250 ml) ricotta cheese
1 cup (250 ml) chopped walnuts 
1/2 cup (125 ml) shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped parsley
2-4 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 lb (450 g) pasta of your choice, cooked according to package
directions 
Combine all the ingredients except the cooked pasta in an electric
blender or food processor and process until fairly smooth - small pieces
of nuts are desirable. Toss with the cooked pasta, adding a little bit
of the pasta cooking water to thin the sauce if necessary, and serve
immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
