Oreo Cookie Cake

 

15 oz. pkg. Oreos

1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted

8 oz. cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

12 oz. tub cool whip

1 large box chocolate instant pudding

2-1/2 cups milk

 

Crush cookies until coarse crumbs. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. To the

rest, add melted margarine. Mix well and press into 9x13" pan. Cream

the cheese and add powdered sugar. Beat well. Fold in 1/2 of cool whip.

Spread the mixture on top of crust. Let chill 30 minutes. Mix pudding

and milk. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture and chill one hour. Top

with remaining cool whip. Sprinkle with Oreo crumbs. Chill one hour

before serving.
