Spicy Hot Pintos
1 lb. dried pinto beans
1/4 lb. salt pork cubed
1 clove garlic, minced
6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
3 green onion chopped
2 med. tomatoes, peeled, chopped
1 t. dried whole coriander 
Sort and wash bean and put in large Dutch oven. cover with water and
bring to boil. boil 2 min. Remove from heat and cover and let stand 1
hr. add salt pork and garlic to beans, cover bring to simmer for 30 to
40 min. Stir in rest of ingredients and simmer another 30 min or until
beans are tender.
