CHOW MEIN NOODLE COOKIE DROPS

1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chow mein noodles

Melt chips in microwave. Mix in nuts and chow mein noodles. Spoon out,
drop on waxed paper, cool.

CHOW MEIN NOODLE COOKIES

2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels or chocolate
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 lg. can chow mein noodles

Melt morsels in double boiler. Add peanut butter, then stir in
noodles. Drop on wax paper. Put in refrigerator for a few minutes
until set. Put wax paper on tray or cookie sheet. Makes easy to put
cookies in refrigerator.

BUTTERSCOTCH CHOW MEIN NOODLE COOKIE

2 c. butterscotch chips
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1 c. mini marshmallows

Melt chips and peanut butter. Remove from heat; stir in remaining
ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.

CHINESE COOKIES OR HAYSTACKS

1 med. can chow mein noodles
1 med. can peanuts, cut in pieces
1 (12 oz.) bag butterscotch morsels
2 tbsp. peanut butter

Melt morsels and peanut butter in double boiler, add nuts and noodles
into morsels. Stir. Drop from spoonfuls on waxed paper or greased
cookie sheet. Refrigerate until firm.

HOPSCOTCH COOKIES

1/2 c. peanut butter
6 oz. pkg. chips (butterscotch or chocolate)
13 oz. chow mein noodles
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Melt together peanut butter and chips. Add noodles and marshmallows.
Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls unto waxed paper. Chill until set. Makes
30 cookies.

NOODLE COOKIES

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (or butterscotch), approximately 1 c.
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. peanuts
1 tsp. butter
2 c. mini marshmallows (optional)

Melt chips and peanut butter with 1 teaspoon butter. Add noodles,
peanuts, and stir until well coated. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper
and cool.
