Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 c. vegetable shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
dash vanilla
pinch salt
1 small package cream cheese, softened
2 c. flour
1 small package milk chocolate chips
Combine first five ingredients in bowl. Mix well with electric mixer
on medium speed. Mix in cream cheese and flour until combined. Stir
chocolate chips in by hand. Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased
cookie sheets.
Bake in a dg350 oven for 12 minutes.
