Mint Surprise Cookies
3 cups sifted flour 1 teaspoon soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup margarine 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon vanilla mint wafers Cream the margarine and the sugars. Blend in the eggs, water and vanilla. Mix the dry ingredients together and blend. Cover and refrigerate. Then, enclose each mint water in about 1 tablespoon of the dough. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 375° for 10-12 minutes.
