BAKED CHILI RELLENOS
categories: microwave, chili Ingredients: 1 can (8 ounces) whole chilies 1/3 pound jack or cheddar cheese 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons green onions, tops included, chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup salsa (Mexican style) Instructions: Grease a 1 quart baking dish. Place half the chilies over bottom of dish. Slice cheese into 3-inch strips and place over top of chilies. Top with remaining chiles. Mix together eggs, milk, onions and salt. Pour over chilies. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on medium 13 minutes, or until center is set. Lift eggs away from the side of the dish twice during cooking.
