Rocky Road Frosting

1 cup tiny marshmallows
2 squares unsweetened chocolate cut up
1/4 cup butter
2 to 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup tiny marshmallows
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

In a saucepan combine 1 cup marshmallows, chocolate, butter and  1/4 cup
water. Cook and stir over low heat until marshmallows and chocolate are
melted. Cool slightly. Add 2 cups of powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat by
hand 2 minutes or until smooth and of spreading consistency. If necessary
add additional powdered sugar. Stir in remaining marshmallows and nuts.  Use
to frost top of a 13 by 9 inch cake.
