Tuna-Cannellini Bean Salad with Garlic Dinner Rolls

Add a hearty and delicious tuna salad to your cooking-for-two
repertoire.
2Pillsbury(r) Oven Baked frozen garlic dinner rolls (from 13.3-oz
bag)2tablespoons chopped red onion1tablespoon chopped fresh Italian
(flat-leaf) parsley1medium stalk celery, thinly sliced1small clove
garlic, crushed1can (19 oz) Progresso(r) cannellini (white kidney)
beans, drained, rinsed1can (6 oz) water-packed white tuna, drained,
broken into chunks1/4cup chopped seeded tomato1/4cup balsamic
vinaigrette dressing2leaves leaf lettuce
1 . Bake dinner rolls as directed on bag.2 . Meanwhile, in large
bowl, toss onion, parsley, celery, garlic, beans, tuna and tomato. Add
vinaigrette; toss gently to coat.3 . Place 1 lettuce leaf on each
serving plate; spoon salad onto lettuce. Serve with garlic dinner rolls.
