Banana Split Brownie Pizza
Prep Time: 20 min ; Start to Finish: 1 hr 40 min
Makes: 16 servings
Dessert doesn*t get much better (or easier) than refrigerated brownie
batter baked in a pizza pan, topped with bananas, strawberries and
pineapple.
1roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury(r) refrigerated traditional chocolate fudge
brownies1package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened1can (8 oz) crushed
pineapple, drained2bananas, sliced1cup sliced fresh strawberries1/4cup
chocolate topping
1 .  Heat oven to 350°F. Line 12x3/4-inch pizza pan with foil;
grease and flour foil. Spread brownie batter on foil in pan.2 .  Bake
15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out
clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.3 .  Meanwhile, in small bowl,
beat cream cheese and pineapple on low speed until blended. Spread over
brownie; top with fruit. Drizzle chocolate topping over fruit. (If
necessary for drizzling, microwave as directed on container.)
Refrigerate until serving time. Cut into 16 wedges or squares. Cover and
refrigerate any remaining pizza.
