Blood Orange Vinaigrette 
1/2 cup Torani Blood Orange syrup
1/2 cup white wine or champagne vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 
3 Tbsp. minced shallot
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
Combine all ingredients and whisk well. Season to taste with salt and
pepper. Yields approximately 2 cups.
