WOODEN SPOON COFFEE CAKE
  
1 loaf frozen white bread
1/2 cup soft butter, no substitute
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup nuts

Thaw and soften dough. Shape into round ball and flatten slightly. Place in 
greased 9 inch round layer pan. Let rise in warm place until doubled. Before
baking, with end of wooden spoon or thumb or index finger, punch holes in 
dough. Combine butter, sugars, flour and vanilla. Fill each hole with this 
mixture.
Continue to punch holes in dough and fill until all the mixture is used. 
Sprinkle top with cinnamon and nuts. Bake immediately at 350 degrees about 30
minutes or until golden brown and loaf sounds hollow when tapped. Immediately 
remove from pan. Serve warm.  Enjoy.
