Pepperoni Pasta with Dressing



Source: old newspaper clipping

12 oz macaroni shells, cooked, drained

1 lb pepperoni, chopped

1 c ripe olives

1 c pitted green olives, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

3 celery ribs, chopped

1 sm onion, chopped

3 tomatoes, seeded, chopped

Dressing

1 1/2 c grated Provolone cheese

Dressing:

3/4 c salad oil

1/2 c wine vinegar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp oregano

Combine all Dressing ingredients. Cover & refrigerate 48 hr before serving. 
Mix 1st 8 ingredients together. Cover & refrigerate 24 hr. Just before 
serving,

pour dressing & cheese over salad & mix well. Serve.

PERFECT PIZZA PASTA SALAD



12 to 16 servings



1 pound twist pasta

3 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced

1 package (8 ounces) Cheddar cheese, cubed

1 package (8 ounces) mozzarella cheese, cubed

6 scallions, thinly sliced

1 package (3 ounces) sliced pepperoni

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper



Prepare the pasta according to the package directions; drain, rinse, and

drain again.

Place in a large bowl and allow to cool.

Add the tomatoes, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, scallions, and pepperoni

to the pasta; toss until well combined.

In a medium bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic

powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.

Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly

coated.

Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving

Pizza Pasta Salad



Prep Time: 20 min

Total Time: 1 hr 20 min

Makes: 10 servings, 1 cup each



3 cups penne pasta, cooked, drained and cooled

4 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 4 cups)

12 slices OSCAR MAYER Hard Salami, chopped

1 cup KRAFT Natural Mozzarella Cheese Crumbles

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 cup KRAFT Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan Dressing



TOSS all ingredients in large bowl.

COVER and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

Substitute : Prepare as directed, substituting 3 oz. OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni

for the salami.



Serving Suggestion

This dish is also great served hot. Just toss the hot cooked pasta with the

remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
