FLUFFY PUMPKIN PIE

 

24 large marshmallows

1 can (15 oz.) solid packed pumpkin

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/2 t. allspice

1/4 t. salt

1 (8 oz.)carton cool whip, thawed

1 pastry shell, baked

 

In a small heavy saucepan, melt marshmallows over low heat.

Remove from heat. Stir in the pumpkin,cinnamon,allspice and

salt; cool to room temperature.Fold in cool whip. Spoon into

pastry shell. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Yield 6-8 servings.
