Reese's Tassies

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
28 miniature peanut butter cups

Cream peanut butter, butter, sugars and egg. Combine baking soda,
flour and salt and blend into peanut butter mixture.

Shape dough into small balls and press into tassie pans to make a
shell. Bake at dg350 8-10 minutes. Place a peanut butter cup in center
of each cookie shell. Cookies may need to be chilled to prevent
chocolate from melting too fast.

        Makes 28 cookies.

Enjoy
Sherri
