Combine baking soda, flour and salt and blend into peanut butter mixture. Shape dough into small balls and press into tassie pans to make a shell. Bake at dg350 8-10 minutes. Place a peanut butter cup in center of each cookie shell. Cookies may need to be chilled to prevent chocolate from melting too fast. Makes 28 cookies.
