Shepard's Pie ( Different version)
 Ingredients: 

1 pound lean ground beef
2  cans cream of chicken soup condensed
20  ounces peas & carrots -- frozen
10 ounces corn -- frozen
6 potatoes
2 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup milk -- 2% lowfat
1/4 teaspoon salt 
1      cup           cheddar cheese -- shredded (optional)
 Preparation: 
Mix ground beef, soup & veggies in bowl.
Pour into casserole dishset aside. 
Boil potatoes, mash with margarine, salt & milk;
Use to top beef mixture.
Top with cheese if desired
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Can be frozen with just the filling in a ziplock bag or
fully assembled in a casserole dish.
