Salmon Pie

  1 lb. can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
  1 c. cooked peas (8 oz. can, drained OR cooked frozen)
  2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  1 c. grated cheese
  1/2 c. milk
  1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  1/3 c. milk
  2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix salmon, peas and green pepper.  Spread in lightly greased 6x10-inch 
baking dish.

  Mix together cheese and 1/2 c. of the milk.  Pour over salmon  mixture.

  Mix mayonnaise, the 1/3 c. milk and the Bisquick with a fork.  Drop with 
spoon on salmon cheese mixture.  Spread out slightly.

  Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until browned.
