Tomato & Bacon Pie

9-in pie shell, baked & cooled
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
12 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
3 large red or green tomatoes, peeled & sliced
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tbs. chopped chives
flour

Fill the pie shell with half of the tomatoes.  Sprinkle with half of the
salt
and pepper, basil, chives flour, and bacon.  Repeat layers.  Mix mayonnaise
and cheese.  Spread over tomatoes.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

This recipe does not say how much flour to use,
I'm thinking probably just
enough to make a thin layer.
