Wrap-around Sausage Bake
1 lb ground turkey sausage,or your favorite bulk sausage 1/4 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup diced celery 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls Saute onions, celery and sausage until cooked. In a bowl combine onions, celery, sausage and cheese. In a 9"x13" greased baking dish, open crescent package and press together, spread sausage mixture in the middle. Cut indentations in dough along the side and wrap sausage. Brush with beaten egg and bake according to the packaged crescent baking directions. Serve hot with chopped green onion tops and sour cream.
