Corn Chip Pie

1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 pound ground beef
1/2 8 ounce package corn chips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 8 ounce container sour cream
1 8 ounce jar mild taco sauce

Heat oven to 350. In 10 inch skillet prepare taco seasoning mix as label
directs with ground beef for tacos. Line 9 inch pie plate with corn chips.
Push some chips up edge of plate. Spoon ground beef in to corn chip crust.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Spread sour cream over cheese. Bake 20
minutes or until heated threw. Heat taco sauce until hot. Spoon sauce around
edge of pie. Serves 4.
