Swiss Cheese Potato Pie 
INGREDIENTS:
6 large eggs
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper 
3 cups diced, peeled and cooked potatoes, or frozen diced hash browns,
thawed 
6 ounces grated Swiss cheese
4 ounces bacon or ham, diced
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup milk 
TO PREPARE: 
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 9-inch pie dish. 
2. Whisk eggs, onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes,
cheese, ham or bacon, bell pepper and milk, stirring to blend. 
3. Pour into prepared dish. Bake until set, about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cut into wedges. 
SERVES: 8
