EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 1 yellow or white box cake mix (yellow is better) 1/2 c. oil 2 eggs 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. nuts (optional) 1 c. coconut (optional)
Blend all ingredients well. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts and/or coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
