Shredded Pork BurritosCrockPot

1 pork loin roast, about 3 to 4 pounds
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup water
4 to 6 flour tortillas
Topping Suggestions:
chopped tomato
lettuce
sour cream
shredded cheese
sliced ripe olives

Place roast in a crockpot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, then add minced garlic & water.
Cover & cook on LOW for
9 to 11 hours, or until
pork roast is very tender. Lift pork out of crockpot with slotted spoon.
Shred & serve with warm tortillas &
dishes of topping ingredients.
Serves 4 to 6.
