Brown Sugar Muffins

Yield: 18 
Ingredients: 
          1    cup  brown sugar 
        1/2    cup  butter 
          1      x  egg 
          1    cup  milk 
        1/2    tsp  salt 
        1/2    tsp  soda 
          1    tsp  baking powder 
          2    cup  flour 
        1/2    cup  nuts chopped 
         12    tsp  vanilla 
Method:
In a medium bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add egg and milk, stirring
well to combine.
In another bowl, stir salt, baking soda, baking powder and flour. Add to
sugar mixture. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Fill slightly greased, sprayed
or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 25
minutes.
This recipe yields 18 muffins.
