Crustless Bacon & Egg Quiche
Source: Butterfly Breeze Bed & Breakfast 8 strips bacon or 1 tbsp bacon bits 1 1/2 c milk Dash of pepper 1/2 c prepared biscuit mix 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 c melted butter 3 eggs Heat oven to 350°F. If you use bacon, fry until crisp; crumble; set aside. In blender, combine milk, biscuit mix, eggs, butter & pepper. Pour into greased 9" pie pan. Sprinkle bacon & cheese on top of egg mixture, gently press below surface with fork. Bake at 350°F 30 min or until knife inserted halfway comes out clean. serves 4-6 Thanks to Lil When we are grateful for the good we already have, we attract more good into our life.
