NO BAKE BROWNIES

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2/3 c. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. miniature chocolate chips
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix

Line 8"x8"x2" square pan with foil; smoothing to fit. Mix together graham 
cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and cocoa in bowl until thoroughly mixed. Add 
nuts
and chocolate chips, stir to combine. In separate bowl combine evaporated milk 
and vanilla, stir in pudding mix until completely combined. Add pudding
mixture to crumb mixture. Stir well. Turn mixture into lined pan, packed down 
evenly with hand. Cover and refrigerate until firm, 2 hours. Turn out packed
mixture on cutting surface. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.  Enjoy.
