CHOCO - SCOTCH NO - BAKE BROWNIES

1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine chocolate and butterscotch chips and evaporated milk in the top of a 
double boiler over hot water. Stir until mixture is well blended and morsels
are melted. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in a 
large bowl and mix well.

Press into greased square pan. Spread reserved chocolate-butterscotch mixture 
evenly over the top.  Enjoy.
