Trisket Bruschetta 
1 cup chopped plum tomato
1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup (2 oz)( shredded provolone cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp chopped garlic 
36 Trisket crackers
Mix all ingredients together except crackers. Spoon 2 tsp tomato mixture
on each cracker. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees 8-10 minutes
or until cheese melts. Serve hot
NOTE: May substitute chopped fresh basil for parsley.
