MARSHMALLOW PIE

31 large marshmallows
1 cup milk
1 cup whipped cream
1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Melt in double boiler marshmallows and milk until smooth. Let mixture cool 
completely on counter (do not put in fridge due to texture change in mixture).
Fold in whipped cream until mixture is smooth. Pour into pie crust. Cover and 
chill until ready to serve.  Enjoy.
