AUNT VIRGINIA'S ECLAIR CAKE 

2 reg. pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 box whole graham crackers
1 can dark chocolate frosting


Prepare both packages of pudding as directed. Set aside. Line 
bottom of 13x9 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Fold Cool 
Whip into pudding mix. Pour half of pudding mixture over bottom 
layer of graham crackers. Then spread with another layer of 
graham crackers. Spread with remaining Cool Whip mix. Top with a 
layer of frosted graham crackers. Let stand overnight before 
serving.
