Easy Grasshopper Pie 
1/2 cup of chocolate wafer crumbs
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, melted

1/2 of 1 pint jar of marshmallow crème
1 tablespoon of green crème de menthe
1 tablespoon of white crème de cacao 
1/2 cup of whipping cream, whipped 
Combine the wafer crumbs and butter or margarine, press into tow 4 1/2 
inch tart pans. In a small mixer bowl, combine the marshmallow
crème 
and liqueurs. Beat about 1 minute at high speed. Fold in the whipped 
cream. Pile into crumb crust. Freeze about 5 hours or overnight. If 
desired garnish with additional whipped cream. Makes 2 servings
