Rhubarb Pineapple Pie
1-1/3 cups sugar
1/3 cup flour
1-1/2 tablespoons butter
3 cups rhubarb -- sliced
1 cup pineapple
2 pastry crusts
Mix flour and sugar. Mix through fruits. Pour into pastry shell and dot
with butter. Cover with second crust. Bake at 425* for 40-50 minutes.
